Lead OSHC Service Coordinator for Australia-Wide Children's Programs

About the RoleAs a Lead OSHC Service Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead your own service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child. You will be responsible for creating engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools, building positive relationships within the school community, mentoring your team of educators, and managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead your own OSHC service and provide quality care for children
- Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools
- Become the face of TheirCare in the local community
- Mentor and develop your team of educators
- Roster for your service with support from your Area Manager
- Manage compliance documents and administration tasks
We are looking for an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential. You must hold a valid Employee Working with Children's Check in the relevant state and be willing to obtain a National Criminal History Check and HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Tarcutta, NSW.
