Job Title: Court Services Advisor

This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional services to the judiciary and the public. As a key member of our team, you will provide information, advice, and support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.

  • Provide high-quality services to clients, including court procedures, processes, and forms.
  • Progress cases by providing administrative services, including document lodgment, enquiries management, and receiving and reconciling court fees and charges.
  • Assist in the management of complex cases through the case management system.
  • Identify issues and contribute to problem resolution.
