Legal Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal unit, you will provide strategic and legal policy advice on complex issues related to competition and consumer law.

The successful candidate will have experience in working effectively as a legal advisor advising and guiding teams under tight timeframes. They will also have experience advising in relation to Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, particularly in respect of merger clearances and competition exemptions.

About You:

  • You must be admitted as a practitioner of the High Court or the Supreme Court of an Australian State or Territory.
  • You should have experience in working effectively as a lawyer advising and guiding teams under very tight timeframes.

You will also need to have strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
