
Strategic Sales Enablement Expert

This role involves collaborating with senior sales leaders to deliver timely business insights, analytics, and operational improvements that drive successful performance against established goals.
Main Responsibilities:- You will be a trusted advisor for sales leaders, driving operational excellence, go-to-market planning, and execution.
- Provide regular sales analytics, including pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results.
- Own business inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, weekly meetings, and quarterly reviews.
- Develop and implement sales territories and quota setting models.
- Identify operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions to improve business processes for sales teams.
- Maintain system integrity in Salesforce and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, consistency, and reporting.
- Provide operational support as needed, such as troubleshooting sales systems, providing information, guidance, and training to staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an asset.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Clari, Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planning.
- Able to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Support senior sales leadership with reporting, business reviews, and strategic planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sales compensation design or systems is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and passion for process improvement.
