
Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that enhance knowledge, develop organisational capabilities, foster a culture of curiosity, and enrich the business.
The pathway for growth and development can take upward of 12-18 months. This role will play a crucial part in delivering structured programs that set individuals up for success.
You will support the delivery of business knowledge, mortgage lending, and credit competencies across a diverse panel of lenders, focusing on customer experience, systems, processes, and sales teams.
You will work collaboratively with future sales leaders throughout the program to build foundational skills required for success.
This includes ensuring that individuals have a sound understanding of their role, achieve key KPIs and metrics required to graduate into future sales teams and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver a Graduate Program that is in alignment with core organisational competencies.
- Deliver multi-medium training sessions in a virtual environment, completing one-on-one coaching sessions & action plans.
- Act as the voice of the business in the design and delivery of divisional learning & development and capability programs.
We are looking for someone with a background in the home loan or credit lending space, strong track record designing and operationalising sales enablement & sales effectiveness learning programs, and experience in a corporate Learning, development & Capability management role within a sales organisation.
