Purpose of the Position:

Expert Education and Visa Services Brisbane are currently seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. This position is part of the Unit Group 1311 that includes sales & marketing managers. Sales and marketing managers plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate advertising, public relations, sales, and marketing activities within organisations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design, create, and oversee marketing campaigns to achieve the objectives of the company and support business growth.
  • Identify and manage appropriate media channels such as social media, emails, texts, etc., to add value and create creative content to attract target markets and advertise the services offered by the business.
  • Undertake market research to identify new opportunities, and present the findings to the team to help formulate departmental activities aimed at exploring those opportunities.
  • Help interpret and shape future marketing strategies by managing the client database and analyzing it to generate reports on the success of conducted campaigns.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and allocate the marketing department's budget in collaboration with management.
  • Organize, participate in, and represent the business at various seminars and workshops to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in pursuit of common goals.
  • Build strategic relationships with existing business partners and communicate with prospective partners for collaboration.
  • Collaborate with management and other branches, both within and outside Australia, to create and deliver effective marketing campaigns through wide-reaching media.
Qualifications and Experience

The suitable nominee will have the following qualifications to be considered viable for the job responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher qualifications
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in sales and marketing
