Workplace Operations Manager

The Workplace Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our corporate workplace environment across four sites in Australia and New Zealand. This role supports the Workplace Lead in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of direct reports and oversee contractor performance to achieve organisational objectives.
- Manage and maintain optimal functionality, employee experience, and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through regular safety audits and risk management.
- Implement best practice operations and manage daily workplace functions, including reception support and meeting room bookings.
- Strong leadership focus with professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and team collaboration abilities.
- Confident communication with stakeholders from executives to contractors.
- Current security clearance or willingness to obtain and maintain.
- Problem-solving capabilities with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
