Workplace Strategy Lead

This role is a critical member of the onsite account team, contributing to the consistent and successful execution of client workplace projects.
The Workplace Design Standards and Insight Lead will maintain global design standards, metrics, and vendor arrangements while enhancing workplace design effectiveness, efficiency, and value.
About the Job- Design Vision: Serve as the subject matter expert for workspace design by maintaining and evolving client's global design standards across all aspects of workplace strategy.
- HSE, Risk & Commercial: Translate workplace operations and risks into design and contractual standards that align with commercial requirements.
- Project Delivery & Vendor Management: Support project delivery and vendor management by assisting in the selection and onboarding of design vendors.
- Stakeholder Relationships & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Property & Workplace teams to evolve and align design standards with workplace strategy.
- 5+ years of experience in workplace design and project delivery, with expertise in workplace strategy, learning development, and business processes.
- Strong autonomy and teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
