Our team is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Operations Lead to oversee daily operations across four sites in Australia and New Zealand. This key member will work closely with our senior leadership to ensure optimal functionality, exceptional employee experience, and alignment with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver superior customer service and maintain regular communication with clients
- Manage two direct reports and oversee contractor performance
- Assist with procurement processes, manage purchase orders and verify invoices
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Implement best practice operations and oversee daily workplace functions
- Maintain premises in excellent condition and provide reception support
- Coordinate kitchen operations, consumables, and meeting room bookings
- Support property risk management and business continuity planning
- Follow escalation procedures and incident reporting protocols
- Strong customer service focus with professional corporate presentation
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and team collaboration abilities
- Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels from executives to contractors
- Current security clearance or willingness to obtain and maintain
- Problem-solving capabilities with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
