About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Learn to Swim Supervisor. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our thriving aquatics centre and programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise revenue potential of all aquatic services while maintaining and monitoring expenditure to increase bottom-line profit.
- Review, develop, and implement systems, policies, and procedures for successful aquatic operations.
- Explore new revenue streams that offer interest and diversity, assessing feasibility and obtaining approval prior to commencement.
- Instruct and coach as required.
- Maintain the premises in a consistent manner, adhering to standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and maintain all membership data and data integrity.
- Ensure effective communications with parents, guardians, and participants, keeping them informed of conditions and development processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- AUSTSWIM Accreditation certificate - Teacher of swimming and water safety.
- Teacher of competitive strokes (highly regarded).
- Teacher of Aquatics - Access and Inclusion (highly regarded).
- First Aid and CPR.
- Working with Children Check (if 18 years or older).
- Availability to work a flexible roster including weekdays, weekends, and afternoons.
