About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Mounties Health & Fitness. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering and ensuring the safety of swimming lessons, as well as contributing to the smooth running of our aquatic activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults
- Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
- Contribute to the development and implementation of aquatic programs
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals
Requirements
- AUSTSWIM Accreditation certificate - Teacher of swimming and water safety
- Teacher of competitive strokes (highly regarded)
- Teacher of Aquatics - Access and Inclusion (highly regarded)
- First Aid and CPR
- Working with Children Check (if 18 years or older)
- Availability to work a flexible roster including weekdays, weekends, and afternoons
