The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and self-driven individual to join our gaming department as a Gaming Service Executive, Relief Gaming Supervisor, and Responsible Gambling Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive a world-class gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the gaming operation in our VIP lounge, ensuring timely, effective, and efficient customer service delivery that exceeds our top-tier members' expectations.
- Anticipate and accommodate customers' needs, exceeding their expectations and providing a positive experience.
- Ensure our top-tier members receive an exceptional customer experience, developing a thorough knowledge and understanding of EGMs, MTGMs, and gaming systems.
- Assist operationally as required, including payouts, machine faults, and other gaming-related tasks.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of system-related products and stay up-to-date with all gaming, marketing, and food and beverage promotions.
- Assist with administrative requirements, complete data entry, and maintain customer data and files with confidentiality.
- Lead the team to ensure overall customer service experience is fulfilled, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the gaming floor operation.
- Participate in performance management, maintaining and reporting relationships, and ensuring adherence to club policy, procedures, operations, and compliance with governing bodies.
- Effectively monitor and identify patrons displaying potential signs of problem gambling, proactively supporting and facilitating customer service.
- Provide support to team members and conduct relevant gambling assistance conversations with patrons, providing information on gambling counseling and self-exclusion.
- Record and report instances of potential gambling harm, leading a culture of proactive gambling harm minimization.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA/RCG, HACCP, and Gaming Regulations. The ideal candidate will have a good practical knowledge of safe WH&S practices, exceptional grooming, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
The successful candidate will possess a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA/RCG and Advanced RCG competency card, as well as a current Provide First Aid certification. They will be comfortable working in an agile environment and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
