Job Title: Partnership Enablement SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled professional to drive our partner training and enablement initiatives. This role combines program administration with stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional partner experiences and drive successful outcomes.About the Role:This position involves managing training programs, coordinating events, and serving as a key liaison for our Alliance teams and Solution Architects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute training programs to enhance partner capabilitiesCoordinate events and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborationServe as a primary point of contact for Alliance teams and Solution ArchitectsRequirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in Partner/Channel Operations or Partner readiness/programs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce (Tableau preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
