Content Experience Strategist

We're seeking a visionary Content Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content platform, you'll oversee the development and implementation of strategies to enhance our content experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a world-class content experience at Canva, encompassing platform and review aspects, content understanding, localization, and creator partnerships.
  • Drive strategy to build the world's most diverse and enriched AI training data library.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to amplify content and improve user engagement.
  • Lead a team of product managers working in the content space to deliver against bold goals and drive content engagement on Canva.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the content and/or marketplace space at a high-growth company with an international presence.
  • Good understanding of the industry's generative AI trend and common practices.
  • Proven track record of collaborating and leading product teams effectively to deliver complex roadmaps.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, operations, and other teams.
  • Ability to generate insight based on vision, data, and user feedback, clearly define a direction for a team, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
