Job Title: Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to play a key role in driving customer acquisition and retention.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing member engagement and retention, using a global loyalty strategy as a base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition and retention plan based on regional strategy.
  • Grow member engagement and retention by leveraging global loyalty and CRM strategy.
  • Work collaboratively across functions to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring long-term growth.
  • Support regional strategy through local initiatives, including benefits, services, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with area teams to execute planned activations and meet defined KPIs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate all activities related to loyalty, including program rollout and education.
Key Qualifications:
  • A commercial mindset, analytical skills, and insight-driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Project lead capabilities and project management skills.
  • An internal drive, results-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer marketing, with similar scope of responsibilities.
  • Experience in CRM and/or loyalty programs is preferred but not essential.
  • A university degree or equivalent relevant education.
