Digital Experience Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Strategist to lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and UX teams. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, ideally in a highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise customer journey and increase conversion rate
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, using agile methodologies
- Champion a mobile-first approach, ensuring digital content is engaging, accessible, and optimised for all devices
Requirements:
- Prior experience in leading and developing digital marketing teams
- In-depth knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), digital personalisation, customer journey mapping, UX, data analytics, and current digital marketing trends
