Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our customers. This role requires working in rotational shifts to support our expanding customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional L1-2 support for business customers using ESET's suite of products
- Resolve customer issues through email, phone, and chat, providing clear and concise communication
- Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Share feedback based on customer interactions to drive product improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
