Specialist Behaviour Support Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team providing specialist support services to individuals living in the lower St George area, Sutherland shire, and Wollongong / Shellharbour / Nowra areas.
This role involves assisting individuals, their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through comprehensive assessment and collaborative planning. You will also evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support environment, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
To be successful in this role, you will require current expertise at an advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, a degree-level qualification as a mental health professional, report writing experience, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.
