Senior Partnership Development Manager

The partnership development team is growing to align with the organisation's strategic goals. A focus on partnerships is a key pillar in this strategy.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the fundraising strategy and ensuring aligned efforts contribute directly to income growth and long-term impact.

Partnerships are a vital funding stream and area of growth for Movember. The team builds long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that meet businesses' needs, including employee engagement, brand value, CSR objectives, and wellbeing.

In this role, you will drive forward our partnership strategy, contributing to the overall revenue target while building partnerships that leverage business power to achieve transformational impact.

You'll create value for both parties by understanding how and where you can have real influence and build positive networks from Senior Leaders to grass roots.

The Senior Partnership Development Manager will work collaboratively with other areas of the business, including the wider partnerships team locally and globally, Institute, Marketing, and Fundraising and Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-quality partnerships across various industries
  • Lead line/team management and provide guidance to junior staff members
  • Take initiative, work independently, and be resourceful to achieve business objectives
  • BUILD lasting relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Prioritise tasks, manage several programs concurrently, and maintain excellent organisational skills
  • Solve complex problems and adapt to changing environments
  • Work independently as a self-starter with high internal motivation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility are essential in this role
  • Proficient in research techniques, database management, and proposal writing
  • Demonstrated experience in building strategic plans that benefit both parties
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in B2B and B2C business development
