Senior Contracts Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with customers and stakeholders.
  • Administer and manage contracts to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain a register of contract information and safeguard original documents.
  • Train personnel on contractual matters and develop training materials.

Essential qualifications include:

  • A tertiary qualification in law or business, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in contract/subcontract management and administration.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
