- Bachelor degree in Construction or Contracts Management (desired)
- 5-10 years' experience in a similar role
- Understanding of AS, GC21 and NEC
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with Coins, Felix or Procore (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
- High attention to detail and data processing accuracy
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks
