We are seeking a highly skilled Insights Manager to lead and manage customer insights projects, driving business growth and improving decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage industry expertise, data, and technology to develop and implement customer insights strategies for diverse industries.
  • Analyze industry trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize event performance and client satisfaction.
  • Provide research for specific industries and markets, as well as existing and new customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading customer insights initiatives within diverse industry sectors.

Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's not mandatory but highly considered.
  • Exhibit high-level communication skills for verbally and visually communicating insights to various seniority levels.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to navigate business priorities to identify corresponding research areas.
