Unlock Business Growth through Customer Insights

As a Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer insights projects to drive business growth and improve decision-making. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable business strategies.

You will develop a comprehensive customer insights strategy for diverse industries, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze industry trends, and optimize event performance and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing data collection and analysis, utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role, working closely with cross-functional teams to elevate relevant functional campaigns based on customer insights. You will also partner with Exhibition Directors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, monitor key performance indicators related to event satisfaction and attendee engagement, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer insights and event analytics.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully leading customer insights initiatives
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and statistical analysis
  • Solid background in customer insights, market research, or analytics within the events industry
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High-level communication skills for verbally and visually communicating insights
  • Skills in statistical and survey methodology and advanced skills in quantitative analysis tools
  • Commercial acumen and ability to navigate business priorities
