Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tender Coordinator to assist with proposal coordination and tender drafting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal plan, coordinating daily tasks including master document creation, customization of submission documentation, and resource database management.
  • Develop tender deliverables timelines, deliverables matrices, and templates for seamless tender submissions.
  • Receive, review, and organize electronic correspondence and documentation within the tendering inbox.
  • Draft and finalize tenders, incorporating graphic creation and formatting as needed.
  • Research potential tenders, completing pre-qualifications and expressions of interest in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and post-tender notifications.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in tender or bid coordination.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent attention to detail, document formatting, editing, copywriting, and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes.
