Tender Coordinator

About The Client: They are an Australian owned and operated business specialising in surface preparation and industrial coatings throughout Western Australia, with purpose-built blasting and painting facilities in Karratha and Naval Base. They pride themselves on providing specialised and quality service to clients in the resource, energy, infrastructure & mining industries.

• Assisting with proposal coordination in preparing and driving the end-to-end proposal plan and timeline to ensure all key milestones are adhered to
• Supporting day-to-day tendering tasks including master document creation, customization of submission documentation, and resources database management
• Coordinating tender deliverables and developing tender delivery timelines, deliverables matrix and tender templates
• Document management including management of all received electronic documentation and correspondence within the tendering inbox
• Tender drafting, graphic creation and final formatting
• Pre-bid activities - completing pre-qualifications & expressions of interest
• Maintaining accurate records of submitted tenders and post tender notification

• Previous experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail - document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-reading
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong team player with the ability to multitask
• Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes
