Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Operations Readiness Specialist to join our team at the Kwinana plant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a world-class project that benefits not only the Western Australian community but the world.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our brownfield ramp-up projects are ready for safe and reliable start-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the operational readiness delivery portfolio of brownfield projects.
  • Track readiness deliverables including spare parts lists, asset registers, O&M manuals, and vendor documentation.
  • Liaise between commissioning and operations teams to identify and address operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Tertiary degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical & Instrumentation).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mineral processing or heavy industrial plants, with at least 2 years in operational readiness.
  • Proficient in SAP (PM, MM) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
