Licensing Officer Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our licensing database. This involves processing updates from employees on a quarterly basis, recording new records, including police checks and credit reports.

You will also ensure that Board Meeting minutes, Sub-Committee Legal meeting minutes, and updated litigation reports are provided to the team as needed. Additionally, you will manage the violations schedule and prepare and update reports, databases, and affidavits as required.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite of products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
