Licensing Business Support Specialist

Our organization requires a meticulous and organized Licensing Coordinator to support business operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing general business support across all elements of the licensing business, including administrative assistance, marketing and sales support.
- Ensuring 100% accuracy in paperwork completion.
- Driving contracts through to execution from deal memo stage.
- Tracking retail placements across various brands.
- Preparing and updating sales tools.
- Updating brand calendars.
- Sourcing international news across various brands.
- Preparing monthly licensor/brand owner reports.
- Distributing news updates to the trade.
- Conducting store visits for business reviews.
- Collaborating with the Product Development Co-ordinator on product launches.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to use initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proficient communication skills for presenting in a professional manner in person and over email, with ability to generate own correspondence.
- Comfortable making diplomatic phone calls.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
