Job Title

The Licensing team is seeking a highly skilled administrator to join their ranks as a License Compliance Specialist on a full-time basis.

This role will see you support the License Manager in ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory licensing requirements by reducing the risk of breaches of legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the License Manager to implement and maintain effective licensing administrative processes and systems that ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Complete statutory reporting requirements within prescribed time frames and guarantee accuracy of reporting.
  • Provide internal partners with expert advice regarding licensing, including interpretation of policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a regulatory environment.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in HR/Business or similar field is advantageous.
