Are you a skilled and passionate individual with a knack for mechanics and problem-solving? We are seeking a qualified Campervan Technician to join our team at our depot.

About the Role

The Campervan Technician will be responsible for conducting systematic inspections on vehicles, diagnosing problems with mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems, and performing maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance, light bodywork repairs, campervan spare parts substitution and repairs, campervan appliances troubleshooting and repairs, maintaining relationships with external partners, coordinating vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams, updating vehicle information systems, moving campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities or other depots, maintaining depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean, and maintaining spare parts inventory systems updated at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct systematic inspections to identify issues with vehicles' mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems
  • Diagnose problems and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Repair and replace damaged or worn-out parts
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers
  • Coordinate vehicle interventions and updates with external suppliers and regional teams
  • Update vehicle information systems and maintain accurate records
  • Move campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities or other depots
  • Maintain depot equipment, spare parts, and inventory systems
Requirements
  • Educational background in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar field
  • At least 1+ years of experience in hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
