About the Role

As a key member of the MYOB team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employee entitlements. Your expertise in processing Australian payrolls will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process monthly payrolls by the 15th of each month, including manual payrolls and cash re-reimbursements for Australian staff
- Update remuneration changes accurately and process back pays as needed
- Liaise with People Experience regarding new employees, contracts, and Terms & Conditions to ensure accurate setup and timely processing
- Assist with payments, reconciliations, and lodgements of WorkCover, PAYG, Payroll Tax, ACC, PAYE IR345, IR348, and superannuation
- Process payroll journals to ERP and provide final pay calculations
- Provide timely customer service to resolve payroll queries and perform other ad hoc payroll-related tasks

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in processing Australian payrolls
- Familiarity with PayGlobal is a plus, but not essential
- Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn and grow
