Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform payroll reconciliations and assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable.
  • Respond promptly to employee payroll queries.
  • Maintain payroll records, including superannuation, taxation, and leave balances.
  • Process leave, reimbursements, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Support the Payroll Specialist with day-to-day payroll tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payment to over 500 employees.
  • Support the Payroll Specialist with monthly and annual lodgements and payments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience; payroll experience preferred but not essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is desired.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft products.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • General experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
