Salary Package

The salary for this role is approximately $76,767.97 per annum, offering a competitive compensation package that aligns with industry standards in East Melbourne.

Job Description

As an Expert Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a best practice internal payroll service. Your key duties will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate advice on payroll administration matters;
  • Assisting the Payroll Services team with administrative tasks;
  • Processing payroll information and variations efficiently and accurately under direction;
  • Maintaining compliance with statutory and organisational requirements through adherence to relevant processes and controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a payroll consultant role;
  • Demonstrated commitment to positive payroll-related outcomes;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships;
  • A current National criminal history check or willingness to obtain one.

Our Payroll Services team operates 24/7, processing two fortnightly pay runs paid in alternate weeks. You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
