Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide consistently-delivered exceptional customer service to guests, especially as it relates to laundry and luggage handling.
  • Luggage Handling: Ensure the effective handling and storing of long-term and short-term luggage for arriving/departing guests and clients.
  • Laundry Support: Provide laundry support when required, including all wash cycles, folding, and storage.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with room moves and luggage deliveries, and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service.
  • Communication: Ensure that individual customers and groups receive fast, efficient, and friendly service, and communicate with security regarding any unattended luggage.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
