Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and genuine welcome to all guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Offer accurate and helpful information to guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Lead by example in maintaining a high level of departmental grooming and attitude, reflecting the Sofitel brand standards.
  • Stay informed about daily activities, events, and VIP guests to provide personalized service.
  • Liaise closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Reservations, and other departments to ensure efficient guest arrivals, departures, and queries.
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence by serving guests with flair and professionalism, exceeding their expectations.
  • Ensure all guests receive personalized service, embodying the essence of Sofitel's French hospitality.
  • Perform tasks in a timely manner, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining Sofitel brand standards, ensuring consistency across all aspects of service.
