Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the transformation roadmap.
  • Drive cross-functional change initiatives across operational support functions.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring effective governance, reporting and risk management.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Buil dand lead a high-performing team across project management, change and transformation disciplines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in senior leadership roles driving enterprise-wide change.
  • Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, TOGAF or ITIL.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and embedding cultural change.

What You Will Need to Succeed
