Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to drive sustainable, value-for-money ICT services and technologies across our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic direction for ICT services and technologies.
  • Lead the development of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Provide specialist advice on ICT planning and investment decisions to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaborative working practices.
  • Liaise with key partners to advocate for business and system reform, driving digital innovation and improvement across our organisation.
  • Evaluate and improve ICT services and solutions to ensure they meet organisational needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in complex organisations.
  • Strong expertise in delivering ICT solutions in commercially focused environments.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and facilitate open engagement.
  • Experience in developing and managing architectural strategies, principles, and roadmaps to drive business outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of public sector operations and their role in supporting healthcare services.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive change and deliver results.
