Job Description
  • Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and architecture-aligned Service Now solutions ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
  • Solution Design & Development: Design high-level architectures for complex Service Now implementations across multiple modules, ensuring optimal integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Service Now Platform Governance: Define and enforce governance practices for the Service Now platform, ensuring compliance with architecture standards, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and junior architects, ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions are designed with security, compliance, and data privacy in mind, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Project Management Support: Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are executed according to agreed timelines and budgets, offering architecture guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Service Now Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain the Service Now roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Work closely with Service Now partners and vendors to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and adherence to best practices.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed architecture and design documentation, as well as executive-level reports and presentations to communicate technical strategies and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex Service Now solutions.
  • Expertise in the Service Now platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 8+ years of experience managing the Service Now Platform. Good to have Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 8+ years of experience in Service Now ITSM, HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated self-driven individuals with a positive attitude.
