About the Role- We are seeking a Contract Negotiator Specialist to manage the contracting process for renewals and new business, serving as the primary point of contact for strategy, drafting, and execution.
- The successful candidate will partner with sales teams during pipeline review sessions to provide guidance, address contractual risks, and optimize commercial approaches.
- This role involves analyzing account data, license parameters, and terms to develop proposals for pricing, cross-selling opportunities, and renewals.
- The Contract Negotiator Specialist will maintain accurate and consistent client data in CRM and internal systems, ensuring transaction details, pricing, and allocations are documented and error-free.
- This includes completing primary reviews of executed contracts, confirming compliance with internal policies and best practices, and ensuring all required information for order submission is documented and accurate.
- The Contract Negotiator Specialist will also coordinate with internal teams like Legal, Finance, and Billing to address complex contracts and resolve issues while responding to client inquiries and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely resolutions.
