Job Title: Contract Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Negotiator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in contract law and negotiation skills to contribute to the success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts across various projects, ensuring that all contractual matters are properly documented and implemented according to company standards. This will involve identifying and evaluating legal and commercial risks, reporting on these risks, and recommending strategies to limit or avoid them consistent with the strategies and objectives of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiating and drafting contracts with clients and partners.
  • Coordinating technical documents delivery to the client in the correct format.
  • Implementing and monitoring contract processes and policies in collaboration with the client.
  • Proactively identifying, analysing and implementing innovative recommendations to drive Continuous performance Improvement and service delivery.


To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a sound understanding of contract law and commercial principles. You will also have experience working in a similar role within a construction or infrastructure environment, preferably with a focus on electrical projects.
