**Drive Customer Success in APAC**

The role of Senior Director, Customer Success, is a critical position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy for the APAC region in partnership with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive revenue growth, and improve customer health and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs, drive initiatives, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer success teams, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with expertise in translating technical concepts into business terms.
