We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Customer Success to spearhead customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in the APAC region.
The Role Overview- Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy for the APAC region.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results for customers and the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and improvements in customer health and experience.
- Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and enhancements in customer health and experience.
- Oversee a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results for customers and the business.
- Formulate and implement effective customer success strategies.
- Proactively identify and address high-risk customers.
- Implement strategies for success/account plan and renewal management.
- Design and implement advanced processes and systems to resolve customer-blocking issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 8+ years in a senior leadership role within Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and scaling customer success teams.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
