We are seeking experienced dual trade HVAC/Electrical tradespersons for a permanent opportunity based in Curtis Island, off the coast of Gladstone Qld.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose causes of problems and failures in heating/air conditioning systems to identify equipment and/or system repair and/or replacement needs
  • Fabricate equipment parts to meet specialty needs and/or replace unavailable parts
  • Necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance
  • Install equipment and systems to provide enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities
  • Request equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure availability of items required to complete necessary works
  • Respond to emergency situations during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns
  • Assist in the preparation of JHA's, permits and other site documentation as required

Requirements

Dual trade certification in Refrigeration and Electrical is essential. A valid driver's license and at least five years' exposure in a similar role are also required.

A forklift and EWP license are desirable.
