Electrical Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance Services team. If you enjoy a challenge and are passionate about safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, this could be the ideal role for you.

  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with site health, environmental, and community policies, systems, and procedures.
  • Complete planned and breakdown maintenance on a wide range of electrical and instrumentation equipment, including high voltage repairs.
  • Diagnose and recommend repair methods to ensure plant integrity.
  • Perform Hazardous Area and Gas System installation and maintenance work safely and efficiently.
  • Contribute to site stability by identifying and eliminating equipment failures and improving safety culture.

About You

  • Demonstrate ability to work safely as an individual and within a team environment.
  • Hold a current Queensland Electrical Licence.
  • Preference will be given to applicants holding Certificate III in Instrumentation.
  • Proven experience in fixed plant maintenance.
  • Commitment to safety systems and participation in site safety programs.
  • Able to make sound judgments to ensure plant integrity at all times.
  • Experience in planning and executing assigned tasks effectively.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team and manage workload autonomously.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement through identifying process and cost-saving initiatives.
