We are seeking a skilled Valve Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with valves, undertaking various tasks such as testing, overhauls, maintenance, and engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical trades, experience in the oil and gas industry, and knowledge of different valve types.
The successful candidate will be responsible for refurbishing valves, undertaking diagnosis and repairs, conducting maintenance and testing activities, and being conversant with field calibration analysis/diagnostics to control valves.
Key Responsibilities- Refurbish valves to ensure optimal performance
- Undertake diagnosis and repairs on all valve types
- Conduct maintenance and testing activities on all valve types
- Be conversant with field calibration analysis/diagnostics to control valves
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Mechanical trade qualification
- Oil and gas industry/construction experience
- Experience and working exposure to a variety of valves (e.g., ball, gate, check, and safety)
- A demonstrated commitment to safety
