Job Overview

The Electrical/HVAC Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC services and electrical maintenance activities.

  • Identifying equipment and system repair and replacement needs by diagnosing causes of problems and failures in heating/air conditioning systems.
  • Manufacturing equipment parts to meet specialty needs and replace unavailable components.
  • Carrying out necessary repairs and recommending preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Installing equipment and systems to provide enhanced capabilities.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring availability of required items for completion of tasks.
  • Responding promptly to emergency situations during or after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
  • Supporting the preparation of JHA's, permits, and other site documentation as necessary.

About You

Refrigeration and Electrical dual trade certification is mandatory. A valid driver's license is also required. A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role is essential.
