Data Driven Asset Manager

This role is responsible for coordinating and maintaining accurate asset management data within the Facility Management System (FMS) to support operational planning and decision-making.
- Data Coordination:
- Prepare and process asset management data into the FMS to support operational planning and drive performance improvements.
- Maintenance Planning:
- Develop and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance plans across all contracts to ensure optimal asset utilization and minimize downtime.
- Standardisation Support:
- Assist in implementing global standards across Key Accounts in the Pacific region to enhance consistency and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Leverage FMS data to identify opportunities for improvement in Technical Services and drive business growth.
- Decision Support:
- Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and foster a data-led decision-making culture.
- Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data tools.
- High attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with energy, initiative, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication with technical teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
