Data Driven Business Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our data-driven initiatives, driving business growth and strategy through actionable insights.
About the Role- Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Intelligence roadmap, collaborating with executive leadership to identify opportunities where data can drive significant business outcomes.
- Transform raw numbers into meaningful, actionable insights that directly influence our company's growth and direction.
- Lead and nurture a small but highly skilled team of data engineers, mentoring, creating a culture of learning and accountability, and supporting professional development.
- Manage Business Intelligence infrastructure, including Power BI dashboards, ETL processes, and enterprise data warehouse.
- Establish and maintain best practices in data management and governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance of financial data assets.
- Track and analyze key business performance indicators, manage end-to-end BI projects, and deliver clear, engaging presentations to senior stakeholders.
- You bring hands-on experience from the financial services sector—ideally in auto lending, personal lending, or asset finance.
- Your expertise with Power BI, MSSQL, Azure, and enterprise data warehousing will be valued, and a degree in computer science, business information systems, or a related field will be your launchpad for success.
