Job Title: Asset Data Manager

The Asset Data Manager will assist in the management and governance of asset data that supports the overall asset management framework and strategic plans across contracts.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Data management and governance to ensure data is maintained with accuracy and detail.
  • Provision and maintain accurate data within the asset database and ITSM systems.
  • Build and maintain reports and procedures to detect and resolve inconsistencies in the asset database.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in the organization to ensure asset management procedures are followed and refined.
  • Conduct asset audits through site inspections.


Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in asset data management and extraction.
  • Experience in asset management.
  • Accurate data entry, data extraction and data cleansing skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivots and Power Query).
  • Xtraction queries and dashboards.
