Facilities Maintainer

This part-time role is focused on maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a restaurant's internal and external areas. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently and have attention to detail.

The successful applicant will be required to prepare the restaurant for trade each day, ensuring it is clean and presentable for customers. This may involve cleaning equipment, floors, walls, and other surfaces as well as taking out the trash and recycling.

Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and maintenance of restaurant facilities to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation

- Preparing the restaurant for trade each day, including setting up tables, chairs, and other furniture

- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers by adhering to health and safety protocols
